Shipping & Return Policy
Canada Post Expedited Shipping & Out of Province Shipping:
To ensure that the person ordering online is, in fact, 19 years old, we use Canada Post’s Proof of Age (19+) signature and identity service on every parcel.
This identity service is required and is an additional $3 charge. Due to COVID-19, Canada Post has ceased Age-Verification at your home door, and may require you to go to your nearest post office or licensed outlet to show your ID in person.
A signature of the person named on the shipping address will be obtained by Canada Post upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show your Proof of Age to sign for and receive the package.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged to have the order reshipped, upon its return to North49vape.
Orders returned due to failure to verify ID, or any attempt to order while Underage will result in the order being cancelled, and a 15% restocking fee being charged.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
For all Ontario orders, shipping starts a Flat Rate of $15, while orders outside Ontario start at $20.
Parcels are shipped by Canada Post from southern Ontario by Expedited Parcel and are typically received within 2 to 8 business days (when items are in stock) depending on your location. Shipped items come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once the courier has scanned your parcel.
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders require a minimum of 1-3 business days of processing time prior to shipping. Processing your order involves 3 steps:
- Payment Verification. Waiting for your payment to fully clear can sometimes take up to 24 hours.
- Pulling your items.
- Packing your items.
This entire process will often take 1 to 2 business days, and possibly longer if there are extenuating circumstances.
- North49vape does not process delivery orders during the weekend.
- No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays (Canadian or US).
So, for example, if you ordered on a Friday, the next official business day is Monday, so your order will still appear to be in “processing” mode over the weekend until is it scanned and ready for shipment on Tuesday.
Please note that order processing times can also be affected by other factors outside of our control, including supply chain delays.
Local Delivery: Woodstock & St. Thomas
For your convenience, we have partnered with third party firms to allow same day local deliveries from our Woodstock and St. Thomas stores. Like with Canada Post, third party delivery drivers will verify 19+ ID. Failure to verify ID, will result in a 15% restocking fee being charged.

90 Day Warranty for all Sovran Vape Batteries
24 Hour Warranty for Disposable Units with packaging containing government tax stamp intact.
Tanks, Coils, e-liquid and Batteries do not fall under the warranty policy.
All warranty inquiries must be accompanied by the original packaging for the
device, as well as the original receipt of purchase and the issue must be duplicated before a replacement is issued. Product must be shipped back to North49vape at the buyer's expense. If the problem is duplicated, product will be reissued at no additional charge.
WARRANTY IS FOR REPLACEMENT NOT RETURN
North49Vape does not accept returns
All sales on e-liquid are final
In the event that your package does not contain all the items in your order, please contact us immediately at north49vape@gmail.com. Issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis, but in the event that any product is missing/stolen/damaged in transit, North49vape will reissue the product at no additional charge.
