When purchasing from our store, as part of the process we collect the personal information provided such as your name, billing address, shipping address, and e-mail.
When you browse our store, we receive your IP address to provide us information that helps us learn your browser and operating system for the site to function properly.
In terms of E-mail marketing, you will have the option through the main page of the website, as well as through the checkout process to sign up for an E-mail newsletter to receive updates about our store, products, and sales

To protect your information, we take any and all precautions to make sure it is not lost, misused, accessed, altered, or destroyed.
When providing credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and encrypted. Although no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we follow all industry standards for security as it pertains to sales transactions.

By using this site, and verifying your age through our verification when entering, you acknowledge that you are at least the age of majority In your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site.
Section 7 - Online v In Store
Unless otherwise specified in the specific sales or events taking place at north49vape. All In Store prices will supersede Online prices at the time of final sale.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so we implore you to review the privacy policy frequently. Changes will take immediate effect upon their posting on the website.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company your information may be transferred to the new company so they may continue to contact you.
